Chef Geordie Moulios has appeared on numerous television networks including The Food Network, Bravo, MTV, VH1 and Fuel as the star of a recently aired national commercial for his alma mater, The International Culinary Schools at the Art Institute. Chef Geordie graduated from The Art Institute in 2006 and subsequently opened his restaurant, Cin Cin Simply Italian in Poway, CA. His cuisine is best described as healthy, fresh, and local "Old World" Italian, and it has already made quite an impression on local San Diegans, as Chef Geordie and Cin Cin have won several “Best Of” restaurant awards from the local media. Chef Geordie is currently shooting a reality television series based on his culinary life and his work at Cin Cin and you can catch him playing drums after dinner hours  on Wednesday nights at Cin Cin, when the restaurant features live local musicians and half off bottles of wine.
